Clips & Articles: Food and Wine

Below are some samples of my work. Check out hundreds more food and wine stories I have written in the archives of The Columbian newspaper at columbian.com. I have covered food and wine as well for Northwest Palate, Culinate, Explore the Pearl, Ultimate Northwest, Via, San Diego Union-Tribune, the Oregonian, among others.

I write about food science for the Institute of Food Technology during its annual convention that attracts 20,000 international scientists, marketers and executives.
